Well to tell you honestly I have to change my price list. I have copy the price list from INTERNET CAFE Blog. For me this is the standard pricing for REGULAR DOCUMENT Printing Jobs.

Now, there might be people asking how/when we determine if a document with images falls under the 1/4, 1/2 or 3/4 to whole graphics price. Here’s a guide, based on actual documents that our customers had printed here:

The one on the right are texts with WordArt or FontWork designs (we use OpenOffice here).

Before anything else, we would like you to take note of the following that we considered before we set our prices:
- Our internet cafe is located in a residential area. We’re not near any school, market or any area that brings in a lot of people. So, I adjust my prices.
- For our printing/scanning and xerox, we are using a Canon Pixma MP258 3-in-1 Printer converted to Continuous Ink Supply System (CISS), pictured below:
